Condo of the Day: 9 College Place, #3G

According to the floorplan, this is about 1350 sqft, 900 on lower level and 450 on upper, of which 100 are consumed by the staircase on 2 levels. So, works out to about 2K per sqft. Nice outdoor space, but a bit too expensive. Should be more like 2M max.
I think this is much too expensive. It’s layout is not even suitable for a young family. Children downstairs and parents upstairs. And if I had more than one child, I would expect that everyone should have their own room for 2.6 million.
