The real draw, however, is the large living and dining area that opens onto a 550-square-foot private terrace with killer views of pretty much everything. The interior square footage is only 1,785 so it’ll be interesting to see if they get their price.

DUMBO is “cute” and all, but I could never deal with the constant background noise. The only reason I see that people move there is for views and/or new construction. But you can get views elsewhere, and new construction is picking up elsewhere too. Why pay Manhattan prices to hear the Manny B 24/7? Not to mention the Brooklyn Bridge construction.
Definitely agree on awful pictures for $2.6MM place. I guess penthouses sell themselves these days.
For a price that high, you’d think they could afford clearer pictures. And what a cheap, cheesy kitchen!
How big is this place really, maybe 1400 sf? I’m sure the views are stellar, but there seems to be little else about it to command a price even remotely that high.
Currently priced at $2,600,000
another crappy small layout.
