We’re a sucker for just about any apartment with original wood beams and columns so it’s no surprise this condo at 57 Front Street in Dumbo caught our eye. The one-bedroom pad was on the market briefly this spring for $575,000 but just came back on with a more buyer-friendly price tag of $539,000. That brings the ask down to abut $781 per square for for the 690-square-foot pad, relatively inexpensive for the nabe.
