Condo of the Day: 360 Furman Street #413

There are still a bunch of units for sale at 360 Furman Street directly from the sponsor but this resale listing on the fourth floor has the advantage of actual photos of the apartment. (Why can’t new-development sales listings have real photos of the actual spaces? Is it just laziness on the part of the brokers?) And the photos make the the 1,430-square-foot condo look pretty sweet. There’s a huge window in the living room, a nice open-plan living area and two real bedrooms (three if you count the interior office space). The asking price of $1,259,000 presumably has a discount baked into it to account for the fact that it’s on the street side of the building (rather than the park).
