Condo of the Day: 259 21st Street, #3B

Today’s Condo of the Day is on the third floor of the former St. John’s School at 259 21st Street, which was converted into condos back in 2004. (We featured another listing there last summer.) This unit looks pretty cool to us: We like the open plan, the design of the kitchen and the industrial vibe of the columns. The monthly costs come in at $410. We’ll see how the asking price of $729,000 fairs, given the 1,050 square feet of main-floor space and 300 square feet of mezzanine space. We suspect this one will do pretty well.
