Condo of the Day: 259 21st Street, #2G

This two-bedroom condo in a former school at 259 21st Street has a nice feel to it: High ceilings, big rounded windows, and a large open-plan living area. On the negative side, there’s only one bathroom and the “bedrooms” don’t have any windows. (Floorplan.) Given that last fact, the asking price of $729,000 seems a bit high for Greenwood Heights, but then again the monthly common charge of $469 is pretty nice.
