Condo of the Day: 255 Eastern Parkway, #A6

This classic six at 255 Eastern Parkway just hit the market with an asking price of $1,095,000. That comes out to almost $800 a foot, a pretty serious ask for Crown Heights. Personally we’d like to see a sexier kitchen for that price but otherwise this place is a prewar gem located just a stone’s throw from the Brooklyn Museum. Given that neighbor 5A just closed for $1,930,000, or $965 a square foot, this should be a slam dunk.
