We’ve barely heard a peep from Roebling Square since the 36-unit development hit the market in the spring of 2006. But a resale listing for a one-bedroom in the building puts it back on our radar. The exterior of the building, which was one of the first new condos to be built in the neighborhood, never appealed to us design wise. The interior of this apartment is pretty generic, but it’s well laid-out and offers lots of windows and multiple exposures. Asking price: $620,000.
