It also happens to be the building where Biggie Smalls grew up. Despite the apartment’s attractiveness and hip hop pedigree, we think the asking price of $615,000 is a little aggressive, given its first-floor location and square footage count of 900. We would (selfishly) love to see an apartment in this location fetch almost $700 a foot, but we don’t think we’re there yet.

it is a nice building and nice location but I think that 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (and a small one to boot) is a deal breaker.
However I know that benson, or someone, always responds with how he grew up 14 to a room and everyone on the block shared one bathroom blah blah…-so I don’t go there any more, no pun intended.
