There’s also a lot of outdoor space — three terraces, to be exact — and three good-sized bedrooms. Monthly common charges are $1,613 (not bad for 1,940 square feet) and the asking price is $2,100,000. You like?

I do not know the market for penthouses in brooklyn (basically dumbo) and how this price is relative to Manhattan Penthouse psf. For a new building in Manhattan i’m guessing these would be over $2000 psf (?). They’re obviously a different ballgame than just any condo unit. Obviously we’re over $1k psf, but its on the park and those windows are GORGEOUS.
