Condo of the Day: 11 Sterling Place, #2D

This loft at 11 Sterling Place in Park Slope just hit the market with an asking price of $999,000. It’s an attractive open-place unit with lots of common space and two bedrooms. Finishes are modern but understated and ceilings are high. Only small drawbacks are the smallish size of the kitchen and the fact that you have to walk across the apartment from the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Regardless, we think this’ll do well on the market.
