I wonder how audible the trains over the Manhattan Bridge is from this apartment. It would be pretty bad if you were to pay $5 million for this, and to have to hear the rumbling of them every couple of minutes.

Just ridiculous they took out the second kitchen to create a wall closet– great additional wasted space– great views– price is quite a stretch but you never know with this crazy market– as all reason has gone out the window.
That’s just silliness. Not going to sell anywhere near that price… I feel like the market has found some stability — things are settling in at current prices, not skyrocketing higher like this. Will sit for a long time until the sellers get some reality.
