Given that there’s a 325-square-foot terrace thrown into the deal, the asking price of $675,000 doesn’t sound bad as far as Dumbo goes.

You are not even considering the damn Manhattan Bridge noise! The terrace is worthless in that location

This is the perfect space for an artisanal food entrepreneur. Hang meat on the terrace to smoke with the highway fumes. Call it BQE BBQ and sell it at Smorgasburg. Ka-ching!
Any grilled meats you prepare on that terrace will get an authentic brooklyn style BQE flavor.
Tough crowd. It doesn’t look bad for that price in DUMBO. I do question how enjoyable that terrace really is given that you’re at eye level with the VERY close BQE onramp. You could probably put up a ‘wall’ of bamboo plants though for privacy – just hope the noise isn’t overwhelming.

I like the painting of the street pole with the wires in the living room. Increases the depth perception of the living room to give it a sense that its larger than it really is. Its a nice sized 1 bedroom. The terrace view is “ehh.” Layout is ok.
