Sales started at 174 Clermont (aka The Solis) a little over a year ago and at this point eight of the nine units are spoken for. The last one left is a triplex with private garden for $1,250,000. This is basically a modern townhouse. On the upside this means you’re getting the convenience of a condo (new finishes, no maintenance headaches); on the downside, it’ll cost you a bit more on a per-square-foot basis. If you like to entertain the three-bedroom pad, with it’s open plan living area that opens directly onto the garden, looks ideal to us. It also looks like there’s potential to create a killer home theater or giant children’s playroom in the lower level.
