That’s a short sale in the building w/ outdoor space a little smaller but not by much. It is a little scary because I’ve seen a few short sales and foreclosures in this building, but I bet you can score a great deal on this one.
How many different angles can you photograph that couch?
could you build one lofted room? would work for a kid. or, at least lots of upper level storage.

I need a floor plan that comes up in a pop up window. Due to my brain limitations, I cannot retain the plan and have to see it next to the photos of the place to get any real sense of the layout/spaciousness.
Looks great, tho. To me unfortunate to have that much space and only one (open) bedroom, though.
I like it too. I’d be easy enough to extend that partial wall to close off a proper bedroom. That laundry room is killer. Would sell my cats for that.
I like this place. It may not have a bedroom, but at least it looks like there is a semi blocked area for a bedroom.
