Given the reasonably high floor and good layout, we suspect that the two-bedroom pad will have a fair shot at getting close to the asking price, especially since the lack of a broker’s fee should provide a little room for negotiation.

Nice layout, but given its location at Jay and Front, the 10th floor literally must be hard against the Manhattan Bridge. Would hate to open the windows during rush hour with all those trains rattling by.
