We don’t have as much info as we’d like on this one–like an address, to start with–but we’re betting that one of you can i.d. this place. From the one photo provided by broker Loft Industrie, this penthouse in Cobble Hill has a nice feel to it, though we suspect it’s the beneficiary of a good apartment stylist. At the asking price of $995,000 for 1,300 square feet, the asking rate is $750 a square foot. How does this strike people?

To the poster who doesn’t like “yucky” modern interior design. Modern interiors would loose their cache if they were appreciated by people who use the word “yucky.”
The agent re-listed the property.

The refrigerator in the photo doesn’t look like a Sub-Zero. Could be a fake picture.
No it’s not 99 Gold.
Just kidding, though I have seen this photo pasted to listings for the 99 Gold property though.
Lo siento.
This is from the Developers Group project, currently nearing completion at 99 Gold Street in DUMBO/Vinegar Hill. Here’s the website: http://www.99goldstreet.com
Read the Buy a Home letter on their website. And I quote: “Best of all, our services are FREE and without obligation. The seller still pays the commission.” That doesn’t sound exactly correct to me, especially for a broker who is advertising as a “Buyer Broker (sic)”.
Not sure how it strikes me. Only one damn photo? No floor plan? What’s with the hard sell by the broker? If it was that nice a listing it wouldn’t have to be pushed so hard.
