Renaissance’s many notable current projects include the development planned for 252 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill.

The two-story, 19,600-square-foot building was the longtime home of the Oriental Manor catering business, which was featured in “Goodfellas”. The property has been in the news lately because the catering business is being replaced by the discount clothing store American Place. The recently opened American Place in Bay Ridge angered residents by displaying merchandise in cardboard boxes on the sidewalk.
