Best market barometer is Dumbo availability. While a great deal of space is available, smaller spaces continues to be taken down quite steadily. Rumors – a $23 starting rent at 16 Court for a view-challenged space, a big office sublet on Montague and more resto space becoming available there as well.

Restaurants complementary to Morton’s sniffing the kitchen odors at 345 Adams, the city-owned Department of Finance/Courthouse white brick at Willoughby where Muss Development controls the first two floors.

Retail news continues. Planet Fitness now open in Duffield. The new Fulton Street H & M is stalled by negotiations over building on top of the Hoyt Street IRT station underneath.
