Converting beautiful but oddly shaped buildings like churches into residences always sounds like a fun idea but it’s a lot harder to pull off in practice. This new listing at 99A Clinton Street, a former Gothic church in Brooklyn Heights, actually works better than a lot of similar spaces in terms of layout.
