As far as we can tell, it never sold and was taken off the market in early 2013. Well, it’s reappeared, with a fresh coat of paint and stronger market winds at its back, asking $675,000. Seems like a no-brainer at this point in the cycle, despite how railroad-y the layout is.

I’m sure you could find something with a real living room or a real second bedroom at that price. I can’t really see who this would appeal to.
