Anything with South Portland in the address gets our attention so it’s no surprise that this new listing at 72 South Portland jumped out at us. The one-bedroom co-op is sensibly laid out for a townhouse apartment and, at $475,000, is reasonably priced for a floor-through. We’re feeling less positive about the finishes which, while perfectly fine, lack any sign of original architectural details, a big disappointment for this block. Still, we bet it’ll go quickly.
