Co-op of the Day: 7 Fourth Place, #1

This two-bedroom co-op at 7 Fourth Place in Carroll Gardens has been nicely renovated and has a great private yard. It is on the ground floor, however, and does have a somewhat unusual layout so it’ll be interesting to see if it can really get the asking price of $950,000. As far as we can figure, that’s pretty close to $1,000 a foot based on the interior floorplan. Obviously the value of the outdoor space is not inconsequential and the monthly maintenance is quite low at $742, so who knows!
