This new co-op listing at 659 Degraw Street in Park Slope isn’t huge but it is a real one-bedroom (and a floor-through at that) which makes the asking price of $419,000 sound quite reasonable to us. If you don’t mind walking up three flights of stairs, the fourth-floor apartment offers a nice prewar vibe and easy access to the building’s common roof deck. Monthly maintenance is $764.

  1. No way, mortgage calculator says $2,563 a month — to live in a tiny apartment with 1) nowhere to eat your dinner, 2) a 1980’s kitchen and 3) a living room that is not even wide enough to fit a loveseat in (in the current setup, you can see that it sticks out past the wall). Crazy town.
