That seems like a pretty penny for a standard-sized floor-through in a brownstone in Fort Greene — but don’t forget that this one’s on what many consider to be the best brownstone block in the city, and certainly the most desirable in Fort Greene (though Washington Park is giving it a run for its money). There’s lots of exposed brick and kitchen that is in good shape but we’d only give it six points out of 10.
