We’ve got a little crush on this little apartment at 44 Remsen Street. The top-floor co-op has a modest yet well-appointed main level with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, but our favorite spot is the loft space that’s technically classified as storage because of its five-foot ceilings. But there’s a nice staircase leading up and it’s not hard to imagine a bed and a big television set fitting nicely underneath those cool wood eaves. Asking price: $525,000.

The only thing I find appealing about this apartment is the building exterior. Inside feels like a sterile spaceship to me.
