Co-op of the Day: 420 12th Street, #M1R

The ground-floor location is less than ideal but otherwise this new co-op listing at the Ansonia in the South Slope has a lot going for it: high (gorgeous) ceilings, big windows, open living area, to name a few. The apartment is around 1,300 square feet as far as we can figure and the asking price is $1,100,000. Not cheap for a place this far south but at least you’re not going to have to do any work on the place!
