40 Prospect Park West has been the subject of numerous Co-op of the Day posts. The 62-unit co-op is located between Garfield Place and 1st Street on the park in Park Slope. This top-floor converted two-bedroom just hit the market with an asking price of $765,000. It’s a very attractive apartment with amazing views of Manhattan. Only drawback we can see is that the second bedroom is on the small size and right off the kitchen.
