Co-op of the Day: 389 Union Street, #4

This recently renovated co-op at 389 Union Street in Carroll Gardens just hit the market with a price tag of $620,000. It has a clean, modern feel, and the kitchen and home office areas are particularly nicely designed. While the asking price isn’t particularly cheap on a per square foot basis for a non-doorman building, but on the other hand it is a full-floor in a townhouse. What do you think?
