Co-op of the Day: 368 State Street, #1

This is a nice change: Usually when a sponsor is getting ready to put an old rental unit on the market for sale he purges it of any character and makes it look like it came straight out of a Home Depot catalog. Not so with this one-bedroom co-op at 368 State Street in Boerum Hill. Check out that amazing molding on the wall! We think it’s great that the sponsor’s leaving the renovation to a buyer who can make it their own. In this case, it remains to be seen whether there’s room for renovation in the $345,000 asking price. What do you think?
