The interior of the floor-through pad is perfectly respectable but the real justification for the $925,000 asking price is the private roof deck with 360-degree views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The 900-square-foot apartment has a monthly maintenance of $1,280, which seems a smidge on the high side to us for a walk-up but not crazy.
