This three-bedroom duplex at 270 5th Street in Park Slope has had a rough ride. It was listed with a random broker for one day last year for $1,525,000, according to StreetEasy. After an year-and-a-half-long reality check, it hit the market last month with Corcoran for $1,150,000. Last week, the asking price was reduced to $1,050,000. These ground-floor duplexes aren’t for everyone, but given that the maintenance is only $1,000, we gotta believe that getting three bedrooms, a big living area and a private backyard in Park Slope starts to look attractive to some buyers. Waddya think?
