The wrap-around terrace at this penthouse pad at 27 Prospect Park West alone will knock your socks off. The two-level apartment ain’t too shabby either: three bedrooms (including the 350-square-foot master suite up top); separate kitchen, living and dining rooms; and four bathrooms. Everything, including the outdoor space, looks to be in great shape too. Given all that, the asking price of $1,950,000 seemed low to us until we noticed the maintenance of $3,683. It’s not terrible on a per-square-foot basis (especially if you count the outdoor space) but it still adds to the monthly nut.
