Co-op of the Day: 27 Prospect Park West, #5B

This co-op at 27 Prospect Park West in Park Slope is one of the nicest one-bedrooms we’ve laid eyes on in a while. The corner apartment has a great layout, big rooms, renovated kitchen, and a separate work area. Everything is in good shape and tastefully done. The maintenance is a bit high at $1,121 but it is a full-service prewar building so dems da breaks. The asking price of $769,000 is a lot for a one-bedroom, no question, but this one’s unusually nice so who knows.
