Both the location and the exterior of this two-bedroom co-op at 26 South Oxford Street get a big thumbs-up from us. The apartment itself doesn’t quite live up to those expectations, but it’s also a perfectly nice space. The major drawbacks include the small size of the second bedroom and the lack of a second bath. Still, at $649,000 for 950 square feet, this doesn’t strike us as a bad deal. Maybe this’ll go in the low 6’s but it seems basically in the right range.

I don’t think they’re asking too much at all. I know that building. It was designed by Montrose Morris and it’s on South Oxford between Lafayette and Dekalb which is one of the best blocks in Fort Greene. I think they’ll get it.
