Co-op of the Day: 205 Warren Street, #2H

We wrote about two other second-floor units at Cobble Hill’s 205 Warren Street back in 2007 and 2008 and now a third one, Apartment 2H, has become available. And this one’s definitely the nicest of the three. In addition to being bigger, it also has two outdoor terraces; the kitchen and bathrooms have also been recently renovated. Overall, very nice pad.
