You can’t beat the location of this new listing at 184 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn Heights. The one-bedroom co-op also has a nice prewar feel to it. Less enticing is the fact that the apartment is located on the ground floor and the windows face the street. Otherwise, the layout is nice and the maintenance ($810) isn’t too bad either. It’ll be interesting to see how close to the asking price of $397,000 this goes for. We suspect the seller’s going to have to be a little flexible.
