Although located in a nice-looking townhouse in the center of Brooklyn Heights, the two-bedroom pad doesn’t have a ton of charm on the inside. This is the kind of little bohemian apartment that people used to buy for next to nothing so as to be near work and live in a safe neighborhood. I think this type of unit is becoming a relic especially as today’s prices are anything but bohemian.
This building looks so sad from the outside. The facade is mangled by bad repointing and bad re-brownstoning. It looks like it has been through the mill. I’m sure it was once a very attractive house.
