This two-bedroom apartment at 160 Garfield Place in Park Slope is very attractive and comes with a low maintenance of $625. The railroad-y layout won’t be for everyone but the location’s sweet indeed. From where we stand, though, the $695,000 asking price seems a tad high–given that the apartment’s only 850 square feet, that comes out to over $800 a foot. A bit dear?
