Co-op of the Day: 125 Ashland Place, #16D

125 Ashland Place may not be the sexiest address around, but the co-op complex does offer a pretty good bang for your buck and the location is only improving. This particular unit, an 1,100-square-foot number is an almost unheard of chance to get three bedrooms for under half a million bucks. Granted, at $485,000, it only just south of that psychological barrier and one of the bedrooms is on the small side, but overall this is one of the better deals we’ve seen in a long time (assuming that the maintenance, which is not listed, isn’t too bad).
