If you liked the pricey townhouse duplex we showed you last week on Garden Place in Brooklyn Heights, you may also want to take a gander at this one at 114 Pierrepont Street. At $2,400,000, it’s actually a bit cheaper. This one’s a more unusual space, being located in a 36-foot-wide mansion and sporting tons of original woodwork; on the flip side, the second floor of the apartment consists of only one bedroom. It’s still some pretty nice eye candy, though, that’s for sure!
