The kitchen feels a little dated and there are no moldings in sight, but this co-op at 111 Hicks Street does have nice parquet floors along with good light and views and, at $449,000, seems to represent a reasonable deal for a real one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights. The maintenance feels a tad high at $1,222, but you do get a doorman and a common roofdeck thrown into the deal.
