Co-op of the Day: 110 Clifton Place, #1E

We were positively disposed when we featured an apartment from 110 Clifton Place (aka the Ping Pong building) so it’s no surprise that we like the look and feel of today’s Co-op of the Day as well. This place is lofty and big (1,248 square feet), which is sweet, but because it’s on the ground floor the windows and light are suboptimal. With an ask of $669,000, this place is priced at about $530 a foot, which is pretty much in line with the second-floor apartment from last year. Question is whether you’re willing to trade the sunlight for more square (and cubic) footage.
