Co-op of the Day: 103 Prospect Park West, #5R

This new listing at 103 Prospect Park West is very charming and in a great Park Slope location but it is pretty darn small so it’ll be interesting to see if the asking price of $335,000 will be met. We suspect that it will, given the combination of original details, updated kitchen and aforementioned location across the street from the park. What do you think?
