The Real Deal covers Brooklyn’s best addresses in this month’s issue, focusing on the three that aim to be number one: One Brooklyn Bridge Park, One Main Street and On Prospect Park, whose street address is One Grand Army Plaza. The borough’s top ten sales are split between the trio. “In two cases, the developers applied for an official address change to get the aspirational number in their monikers, the equivalent of Donald Trump naming his newborn son ‘Barron,'” they write. So far, the top sale in the borough is over $7 million for a 14th-floor condo at Dumbo’s One Main Street, but One Brooklyn Bridge Park carried eight of the top 10 sales.

over $2,000/sf for the interior space? and well over $1,000/sf for interior+exterior combined? holy spit, batman!
