209 Argyle is the one to watch. Huge house with all of the old world features. It is on the corner of Beverly which has heavy traffic during rush hour, but I think this is more than compensated for by the huge lot with that massive garden.
Curious about the two different driveways it has on both streets . . .
OK mystery solved. 209 Argyle’s side yard is the lot of 203 Argyle and must retain it’s driveway. It’s there in the 1940s tax photo, but by the 80s the tax photo shows an empty lot.
Really cool and unique listing – not that many double lot properties in Victorian Flatbush.
