This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Flatbush, East Flatbush, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Boerum Hill. How did they fare?
A spacious 1940s one-bedroom co-op in Flatbush has high coved ceilings, arched openings, and modern updates. It’s located on the third floor of 601 East 19th Street, just outside the historic bounds of Ditmas Park. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $520,000.
In East Flatbush, this early 20th century brick row house is a two-family in estate condition. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $950,000, which was $1,000 over the asking price.
A single-family in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this early 20th century row house has built-ins, pocket doors, and a mantel. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2.795 million.
A renovation undertaken after an 1850s Italianate was last on the market has given the Boerum Hill home dark wood floors throughout, an expansive kitchen, and a rear facade opened up with expanses of glass. This former House of the Day entered contract in March.
