This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Flatbush, Prospect Park South, and East Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, this renovated row house in Brooklyn Heights has central air and a landscaped rear yard. This former Open House Pick is still available for $13.95 million.

Part of a small Flatbush enclave, this neo-Federal dwelling shares the charming Slee & Bryson-designed exterior details of its neighbors and also boasts a few original details on the interior. This former House of the Day sold in October for $1.58 million, which was $170,000 under the asking price.

A Prospect Park South Colonial Revival standalone is being sold as is, including all the contents, and to a cash-only buyer. This former House of the Day entered contract in November.

Finally, in East Flatbush this tapestry brick row house has a detached garage. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $710,000, which was $11,000 over the asking price.
