This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Sunset Park, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, this 1860s Italianate in Clinton Hill has a renovated interior and is a two-family with a triplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $2.772 million, which was $423,000 under the asking price.

In the Central Sunset Park Historic District, this bow-front brownstone has some pops of color in its renovated interior along with some remaining early 20th century details. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2.117 million, which was $122,000 over the asking price.

An estate condition limestone row house in Prospect Lefferts Gardens has three floor-through apartments and is larded with wainscoting, wall moldings, picture rails, and other period features. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.85 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this Flatbush apartment offers some nice details, like wood floors and arched doorways, along with a decent amount of storage space. The sponsor unit, in a circa 1930s co-op, is a one-bedroom converted to a two-bedroom. The former Co-op of the Day was taken off the market in July. It came back on the market this month with a new broker and a new price of $739,000, which is $80,000 less than the original asking price.
