This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bed Stuy, Red Hook, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?

First up, in the Fort Greene Historic District this Italianate is set up as a three-family with a duplex below two rental units. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.

In Bed Stuy, this two-family has a duplex above a garden rental. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $2.63 million, which was $169,000 under the asking price.

A 19th century wood-frame row house tucked away near Coffey Park in Red Hook makes the most of its vintage details while also incorporating updates such as mini-split air conditioning and a backyard camper. This former House of the Day entered contract in March.

Finally, with a little TLC — mainly a fresh coat of paint — the charming layout and original details of this Windsor Terrace one-bedroom could really shine. This former Co-op of the Day sold in December for $503,500, which was $3,500 over the asking price.
